Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping (Canada and USA continental)
$5 flat shipping fee on all orders. Orders will be processed in 1-2 business days. If you have selected Standard Shipping at the checkout, orders may be received within 3 to 9 business days. If you require your package sooner, please send us an email at hello@prettypleaseindulge.com to pay for an expedited parcel. Please confirm your shipping address, regardless of the payment method used. We are not responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address; a shipping fee will be charged should your package be returned and require a redelivery due to customer input error. Please be advised that possible shipping delays are out of our control. In the event your package does not arrive by its estimated delivery date, please contact us and we will follow up immediately with an investigation with the shipping provider. Please allow for 5 business days after the estimated delivery date to allow for a late or lost package to be delivered. 

International Shipping
At this time, we only offer shipping within Canada and the continental USA. If you live outside North America and are interested in Pretty Please products, please contact us at hello@prettypleaseindulge.com.
