Refund policy

We believe in our serum so much that we have a Growth Guarantee return policy. After using the product for a minimum of 16 weeks, you can request a return if you have not seen results. The intention is for customers to be able to try clean beauty cosmetics that work risk-free. There are a few important, mandatory steps (see below) you need to take to qualify for the Growth Guarantee. 

To achieve maximum desired results, our serums should be applied nightly for a minimum of 12 weeks. While some Pretty Pleasers may experience a transformation within the first few weeks, it is possible for noticeable changes to occur around weeks 8 to 12. It is very dependent on where your lashes are in their growth cycle. Consistency and perseverance are key for success. Review our FAQ section for more details on how to properly use the serum. 

To qualify for our Growth Guarantee, you need to meet the following criteria:

  1. Take a dated photo of your lashes when you start using our serum.
  2. Use the serum every night for at least 16 weeks.
  3. After 16 weeks, take another clear photo of your lashes from the same angle as the initial photo, with a visible date and time stamp. 
  4. Send both images to hello@prettypleaseindulge.com, and our team will review your photos. Please allow 5 to 7 working days.
  5. If approved, you'll receive either a replacement serum to continue your lash growth journey or a full refund.

Note: Returns requested after 6 months from the purchase date are not eligible. Your application will only be valid if it is placed within 4 to 6 months of your original order date.

Please keep in mind that we cannot provide refunds for cases involving irritation or reaction. Always perform a patch test before use and check our ingredient list for potential allergies.

All other sales are final for hygienic reasons.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and we let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.

Returned Products
In some occasions, we may request you to return the purchased products. These will be used exclusively for internal investigation and to improve our systems and processes. The products will be destroyed or recycled; we will not re-sell used or returned items.
